Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:

You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item

The return request is made within 3 days of receiving the product

The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition
Items that do not meet these criteria may not be eligible for return or exchange.
Refund Process
Since we operate on a Cash on Delivery basis, refunds are handled as follows:

If your return is approved, we will offer either a replacement item or a refund via bank transfer or mobile payment as arranged with our support team

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene reasons or product type. This will be clearly mentioned on the product page, if applicable.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before they are dispatched. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible unless the item is damaged or incorrect upon delivery.
